Politistii de la Agentia Nationala Antidrog au achizitionat analgezice narcotice, in valoare de 327 000 de lei, pentru a combate stresul. Inspectoratul General al Politiei a cumparat pentru Agentia Antidrog 1 875 000 de comprimate de methadorum, un medicament pentru sistemul nervos, în valoare de 327 000 de lei, de la firma Polisano SRL.
Potrivit dictionarul medical, methadorum este un analgezic narcotic, avand efecte asemanatoare unor substante stupefiante, „un medicament pentru tratamentul dependentei de opaide“( adica de stres). Acest medicament „este un analgezic foarte puternic, avand un efect asemanator cu al morfinei“. Pastilele de methadorum au fost achizitionate de la firma Polisano, a carui patron este milionarul in euro, Ilie Vonica, un puternic sponsor al PNL in campania electorala din 2008. Vonica este un abonat al contractelor cu statul, el distribuind medicamente la spitalele din toata tara: Buzau, Oradea, Sibiu, Cugir, Satu Mare. De asemenea, Vonica a castigat 15 milioane de euro de la Ministerul Sanatatii prin producerea controversatului vaccin impotriva virusului HPV, in cadrul programului ministerului de vaccinare a fetitelor de peste 12 ani.
