Asistenta de la Giulesti, bagata in arestul Politiei

Asistenta Florentina Carstea de la Maternitatea Giulesti a fost retinuta luni seara de procurori, pentru 24 de ore, fiind acuzata de ucidere din culpa si vatamare corporala grava din culpa. Maine, ea va fi dusa in fata unui judecator, procurorii solicitand arestarea acesteia pentru 29 de zile.
Asistenta a fost audiata luni, timp de mai multe ore, la Parchetul General, dupa care anchetatorii au decis ca au motive intemeiate sa o retina. Femeia a fost luata de la Parchet si dusa in arestul Politiei Capitalei, unde isi va petrece noaptea de luni spre marti.
“Din probele administrate pana in acest moment al urmaririi penale a reiesit faptul ca invinuita, angajata a Spitalului Clinic de Obstetrica si Ginecologie Prof. dr. Panait Sarbu nu si-a indeplinit atributiile de serviciu stabilite in fisa postului, in sensul ca nu a supravegheat in permanenta nou-nascutii aflati in salonul de terapie intensiva. Prin faptul ca a parasit in mod nejustificat salonul, a facut imposibila sesizarea momentului izbucnirii incendiului si luarea masurilor de evacuare a nou-nascutilor”, se arata intr-un comunicat al Parchetului.
Procurorul-sef al Sectiei de Urmarire Penala si Criminalistica din cadrul Parchetului General, Marius Iacob, a declarat luni ca din ancheta reiese ca asistenta a lipsit din salon 12 minute, intre 18.24 si 18.36, moment cand focul a izbucnit. Concluzia a fost trasa de specialistii de la Institutul de Tehnologii Avansate, ce apartine SRI, care au analizat imaginile luate de camerele de filmat amplasate in holul maternitatii.
Marius Iacob sustine ca in cele 12 minute focul a izbucnit si s-a propagat cu repeziciune in camera unde erau 11 bebelusi, alimentat fiind de oxigenul de la aparatele medicale. Asistenta, desi nu avea alti pacienti de supravegheat, a plecat in alte saloane. Totodata s-a stabilit ca asistenta a parasit salonul de mai multe ori inainte de izbucnirea incendiului.
Pe 16 august, la sectia de reanimare pentru copii nascuti prematur din cadrul maternitatii Giulesti, a ixbucnit un incendiu, in urma caruia trei bebelusi au murit pe loc, iar alti doi la spitalul “Grigore Alexandrescu”. Alti sase bebelusi se afla internati in stare grava.

După cum îmi amintesc eu, şi îmi amintesc foarte bine, de zeci de ani, peste 30 de ani oricum, sistemul sanitar românesc se chinuie să supravieţuiască.
În aceste momente grele pentru putere, aceasta, ca să se salveze, ne oferă ,, execuţia în piaţa publică” a asistentei de la maternitatea Giuleşti. Ni se spune despre tort ca nemulţumirea populară să crească, dacă se mai poate, şi să fie direcţionată clar către sistemul sanitar de care, oricum, cu toţii suntem nemulţumiţi.
