CORNELIA GALAVAN INITIATOAREA INFIINTARII ASOCIATIEI VICTIMELOR ACCIDENTELOR DE CIRCULATIE – AVAC.
Tragedia acesteia, actul de injustitie, coruptie si abuzuri din care rolul procurorilor si in principal a expertului judiciar Haidu Teodor, au dus la infiintarea Asociatiei Victimelor Accidentelor de Circulatie – AVAC.
Cornelia Galavan a cunoscut mai multe victime ale accidentelor rutiere care din cauza expertizelor judiciare au devenit si victime ale magistraturii. Singura sau impreuna cu alte victime a organizat oficial primele actiuni de protest in fata institutiilor statuli impotiva modului inechitabil in care sunt solutionate in justitie accidentele rutiere in care cei vinovati sun necondamnati. In urma materialelor acumulate de la zeci de victime rutiere printre care si expertize tehnice auto false a avut initiativa infiintarii Asociatiei Victimelor Accidentelor de Circulatie – AVAC. Asociatia avand ca scop sprijinirea miilor de victime ale tragediilor rutiere si de a milita pentru rducerea severa a accidentelor grave soldate cu decese sau vatamari corporale grave.Cornelia Galavan nu a facut parte din asociatie, ir sotul este unul din cei patru fondatori. In acel moment din cauza datoriilor si-a vandul locuinta apeland la Presedintele AVAC, Maian Nedelescu pentru sediu asociatiei. La scutrt timp dupa infiintarea asociatiei Marian Nedelescu ii indeparteaza pe cei doi iar pe Ioachim Galavan il esclude abuziv din cadrul AVAC deoarece cei doi erau incomazi. Si astfel in mod imoral cea care a pus bazele infiintarii asociatiei prin sacrificiile ei dar si prin actiunile civice in premiera in Romania, este indepartata! Ulterior indepartarii Corneliei Galavan si a sotului acestuia Presedintele Marian Nedlescu a ascuns memnrilor asociatiei rolul determinant al Corneliei Galavan la infiintarea si existenta AVAC. Disensiunile in mica asociatie a dus la divizarea acesteia, in prezent fiind condusa de Gen.(r) Virgil Vochina care incerca sa salveze AVAC compromisa ca imagine.
