Directia Nationala Anticoruptie (DNA) solicita Camerei Deputatilor avizul pentru retinerea deputatului PDL Dan Pasat. Procurorii il acuza pe demnitar de santaj si alte fapte asimilate infractiunilor de coruptie.
Potrivit DNA, in perioada 2009 – 2010, prin intermediul firmei SC Prod Invest SRL pe care o controla, a incheiat sub amenintare si santaj mai multe contracte de achizitii publice cu primariile din judetul Giurgiu. “Atunci cand a intampinat opozitie din partea reprezentantilor administratiei publice locale ori a firmelor care isi adjudecasera contractele de achizitie publica, inculpatul a recurs la diverse forme de intimidare, mergand pana la amenintari si acte de violenta”, se arata intr-un comunicat al DNA.
Fata de Dan Pasat, care detinea din 21 decembrie 2009 si functia de secretar general al Partidului Democrat Liberal in cadrul organizatiei judetene Giurgiu, s-a inceput urmarirea penala in 18 februarie 2010 pentru doua fapte de santaj. In iunie 2010 cercetarile au fost fiind extinse si s-a stabilit “ca prin folosire a autoritatii si influentei ca om politic decurgand din functia de conducere din partid, a actionat pentru a obtine, pentru sine sau pentru persoane apropiate, beneficii necuvenite”, se mai arata in comunicatul DNA.
Pe site-ul de licitatii publice e-licitatii.ro, firma controlata de deputatul PDL nu apare ca fiind castigatoare a vreunui contract. Tehnica folosita de Pasat era alta: santaja castigatorii licitatiilor si-i ameninta pentru a-i subcontracta lucrarile.
Deputatul a fost ales in 2008 pe listele PNL. Din octombrie 2009 s-a inscris in PDL.
