Fotbalistii de la Pandurii Targu-Jiu sunt finantati de o companie fantoma

Echipa de fotbal Pandurii Targu-Jiu este finantata de o societate care nu exista. Pe tricourilor fotbalistilor apare sigla cu Electra, o companie energetica in curs de infiintare, dar care nu a primit pana acum avizul Consiliului Concurentei pentru ca nu are toate actele in regula.
Fotbalistii poarta pe spatele tricourilor sigla Electra, ce reprezinta numele unei societati energetice, care nu a fost inca constituita. Ministerul Economiei se chinuie de doi ani sa infiinteze doua companii energetice nationale, Electra si Hidroenergetica, rezultate din fuzionarea tuturor societatilor din domeniul energiei, care apartin statului roman.
Insa, Consiliul Concurentei a blocat cu putin timp in urma infiintarea celor doua companii, considerand ca nu sunt intrunite toate conditiile legale. Mai mult, Concurenta a criticat dur, intr-un raport de analiza intocmit anul trecut, comasarea tuturor companiilor energetice, sustinand ca pe aceasta cale se creaza un monopol pe piata, care ar putea duce la scumpirea energiei.
Patronii echipei Pandurii Targu-Jiu s-au grabit si au afisat pe tricourile fotbalistilor sigla Electra. De altfel, surse din zona Gorjului sustin ca aceasta echipa de fotbal va fi finantata puternic din banii noii companii nationale care ar putea fi infiintata. Interesele se invart in jurul liderilor minerilor din Gorj, dar si din jurul conducerii complexelor energetice din Gorj, care au o puternica sustinere la actualei puteri.
In prezent, echipa Pandurii Targu Jiu primeste bani de la companiile energetice din judetul Gorj, respectiv complexele Rovinari, Turceni si de la Societatea Nationala de Lignit Oltenia. Presedintele echipei este Marin Condescu, liderul sindicatului minerilor din Oltenia, iar in consiliul de administratie se afla directorii celor doua complexe energetice.
Condescu a reusit in 2008 sa trimita in Parlament, sub sigla PDL, doi lideri sindicali, Ion Ruset si Constantin Severus.
Echipa de fotbal a primit in 2010 2,5 milioane de euro, bani proveniti din bugetul public, rezervat companiilor energetice din Gorj.
De asemenea, clubul Pandurii Targu-Jiu mai este finantat si de SC Artego SA, o societate care are lucrari la Rovinari si Turceni si care a finantat PDL in campania electorala din 2009, cu 150.000 de lei. La inceputul acestui an, aceasta firma se afla in prag de faliment, trimitandu-i pe toti muncitorii in somaj tehnic, timp de mai bine de o saptamana.
De altfel, cel mai puternic sustinator al echipei de fotbal este Ionel Mantog, liderul din umbra al PDL Gorj si care ocupa functia de director economic la complexul energetic Turceni. Un alt sponsor este SNLO, o societate miniera care are datorii la stat de peste 1.500 de miliarde de lei vechi.
Presedintele consiliului de administratie al complexului Rovinari, Marcel Hoara sustine ca habar nu are de folosirea siglei Electra pe tricourile fotbalistilor de la Pandurii.
“Nu sunt microbist. Stiu doar ca directorul general de la Rovinari este in consiliul de administratie al clubului de fotbal, pentru ca Rovinariul este membru fondator al echipei de fotbal”, a precizat Hoara.
