Noile prevederi au fost introduse in proiectul legislativ de catre parlamentarii din Comisia de Industrii si Servicii din Camera Deputatilor. In timp ce Ministerul Transporturilor lucreaza la normele care ii vor obliga pe soferii masinilor de mare tonaj sa circule pe timpul iernii doar daca au cauciucuri de iarna, noul Cod Rutier a fost completat de parlamentari cu obligarea tuturor conducatorilor auto de a-si pregati masinile de iarna.vezi Gandul
