Romanca batuta intr-o statie de metrou din Roma este pe moarte

Maricica Hahaianu, asistenta medicala lovita cu pumnul de un tanar italian, Alessio Burtone, in statia de metrou Anagnina, este pe moarte. Medicii l-au informat pe sotul ei, Adrian, ca nu va rezista. Ziarul Corriere della Sera, insista asupra starii disperate in care se afla Adrian. Cei doi au un copil de trei ani, lasat in Romania.
La lasarea serii, Adrian isi sprijina capul de geamul sectiei de reanimare si hohoteste, apoi striga doar un cuvant, pana la a ramane fara voce: ”Nuuuuu”.
Maricica Hahaianu se afla dincolo de acel geam, imobila, intr-o stare grava. Dupa pumnul primit in statia de metrou Anagnina, vineri, 8 octombrie, evolutia ei parea dificila, dar medicii de la Spitalul Casilino foloseau frecvent cuvantul ”incredere”. De joi dupa-amiaza nu l-au mai folosit insa. ”Rezonanta magnetica de control facuta in cursul dupa-amiezei a evidentiat o crestere a edemului cerebral si o leziune extinsa a trunchiului cerebral, care au evoluat dramatic comparativ cu controalele precedente”. Directoarea personalului sanitar, Cesira Piscioneri, si ea cu ochii in lacrimi, a anuntat ”un iminent pericol de deces”.
Diagnosticul lasa putine sperante: coma este ireversibila. I s-a comunicat si lui Adrian. L-au chemat, i s-a spus sa mearga ”de urgenta” la spital. Odata sosit, s-a inchis intr-o camera cu medicii iar atunci cand a iesit s-a dus la avocatul Alessandro Di Giovanni si cu capul plecat i-a spus: ”Maricica nu va rezista…”.
Incidentul a inceput intr-o cafenea din statia de metrou, unde italianul a inceput sa o insulte pe romanca, spunindu-i “sa plece in tara ei”. El ar fi hartuit-o pe femeie din momentul in care si-a dat seama ca nu e de origine italiana. Cearta a continuat si la iesirea din cafenea, cand romanca l-a impins pe italian, care a ripostat si a lovit-o violent in fata. Victima a cazut pe pavaj si a ramas nemiscata.
Corriere della Sera aminteste ca Burtone, care s-a indepartat in graba de locul unde zacea Maricica, a fost oprit in statia Anagnina de un plutonier al Capitaniei de Port, Manuel Milanese, si a fost arestat sub acuzatia de provocare de leziuni.
Judecatorul pentru anchete preliminare l-a trimis in arest la domiciliu. Tatal tanarului, informat de avocatul Fabrizio Gallo despre starea foarte grava a femeii, nu a cautat scuze: ”Este corect ca Alessio sa plateasca pentru ceea ce a facut. Daca Maricica va muri a distrus doua familii”, a spus el.
Miercuri, tanarul a scris o scrisoare familiei romancei: ”Voi trai cu remuscarea toata viata, cer cu umilinta scuze, nu ma intereseaza condamnarea pe care o voi primi sper ca doamna sa se vindece, ma rog pentru ea”.
Oricum, in situatia actuala, daca Maricica va deceda, pozitia lui Alessio Burtone se va agrava: acuzatia va fi de ”omor prin imprudenta”. Procuratura, care a facut deja apel impotriva acordarii arestului la domiciliu, are intentia de a-l retrimite pe tanar la inchisoare. In orice caz magistratii au adaugat la dosarul anchetei si antecedentele agresiunii lui Burtone: in urma cu trei luni, dupa ce a riscat sa calce un concetatean cu motoreta a oprit, s-a intors din drum si l-a lovit pe tanar tot cu pumnul in fata.
”Privind inregistrarea video apare cu claritate ca tanarul i-a aplicat o lovitura cu stanga pe fata femeii, printr-o tehnica aproape de boxeur. Femeia, lovita in barbie, si-a pierdut imediat cunostinta si s-a prabusit la pamant ca moarta”, a declarat avocatul Di Giovanni, citat de Il Giornale.
