Legea educatiei destrama coalitia guvernamentala

UDMR ia in calcul iesirea de la guvernare dupa ce Curtea Constitutionala a decis ca legea educatiei este neconstitutionala. Uniunea a convocat de urgenta Consiliul National pentru a analiza situatia, in conditiile in care politicienii maghiari au conditionat ramanerea la guvernare de adoptarea prevederilor referitoare la studierea cursurilor de istorie si geografie in limba materna.
CCR a decis miercuri cu 5 voturi „pentru” si 4 „impotriva” ca Legea educatiei este neconstitutionala motivand faptul ca Guvernul si-a asumat raspunderea pe o lege care era deja in dezbatere la Senat. Curtea a raspuns la o sesizare venita din partea presedintelui Senatului, Mircea Geoana, avand sustinerea PSD si PNL.
Cel care a inclinat balanta in favoarea opozitiei a fost judecatorul Petre Lazaroiu, tinand cont ca din punct de vedere politic, puterea detine majoritatea la Curtea Constitutionala. Trebuie mentionat faptul ca Lazaroiu este judecatorul propus pentru CCR de catre presedintele Traian Basescu.
Pentru UDMR, Legea educatiei este vitala in privinta prezentei sale la guvernare. Inca de la inceputul acestui an, politicienii unguri au conditionat adoptarea legii educatiei, in care sa se prevada expres predarea istoriei si geografiei in limbile materne.
De altfel, UDMR a amintit din nou, in cadrul coalitiei, in contextul introducerii motiunii de cenzura, ca doreste adoptarea cat mai rapida a Legii educatiei, ca o conditie pentru a nu sustine demersul politic al PSD si PNL. Totul iesise cum isi dorise Uniunea, PDL cedand pe toata linia in urma ultimelor negocieri purtate la inceputul saptamanii trecute.
Toate amendamentele solicitate de politicienii maghiari au fost introduse in textul legii. Guvernul chiar a fost de acord cu propunerea UDMR de a urgenta adoptarea sa prin asumarea raspunderii in Parlament pentru aceasta lege.
Guvernul a ignorat chiar si amendamenetele si punctele de vedere venite din partea parlamentarilor PDL, care au inghitit in sec cedarea totala in fata UDMR. Insa, a venit sesizarea facuta de Geoana la CCR si a stricat socotelile puterii.
CCR s-a pronuntat chiar cu cateva zile inainte de dezbaterea motiunii de cenzura a opoztiei, introduse ca urmare a asumarii raspunderii Guvernului pentru legea educatiei. Daca motiunea cadea (acestea erau toate premizele), legea era adoptata. In schimb, acum legea se retrage pentru dezbatere in Parlament, iar asumarea raspunderii devine tardiva.
Surse din cadrul PDL sustin ca multi dintre parlamentarii democrat-liberali considera o victorie decizia CCR, multi nefiind de acord cu unele prevederi din legea educatiei. Insa, Guvernul se afla intr-un mare impas, deoarece UDMR ameninta ca se retrage de la guvernare, iar la Senat, camera decizionala, puterea este obligata sa accepte amendamente ale opozitiei pentru ca aceasta lege sa treaca de Parlament.
