Cei doi generali corupti din MApN, arestati de Curtea Suprema

Rasturnare spectaculoasa in dosarul generalilor corupti de la MApN. Completul de cinci judecatori de la Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie a decis luni arestarea generalilor Ion Marian si Ion Chirita, precum si a ofiterilor Dan Costel Craciuneanu, Ionut Onel Crinu si Vasile Belciug, acuzati de luare si dare de mita, abuz in serviciu, trafic de influenta si asociere in vederea savarsirii de infractiuni.
Initial, un alt complet de judecata tot de la Curtea Suprema hotarase, pe 14 ianuarie, ca generalii si ofiterii din Armata sa fie cercetati in stare de libertate.
Generalul-maior Mihai Chirita, seful Directiei de Instructie si Doctrine din cadrul Statului Major General al MApN, si generalul de brigada Marian Ion, adjunct al al sefului Directiei de Management si Resurse Umane din MApN, sunt acuzati de savarsirea a 174 fapte de coruptie.
Procurorii DNA ii acuza pe angajatii MApN ca s-au folosit de functiile si gradele militare importante pe care le detineau in scopul promovarii in mod ilegal, contra unor sume de bani, prin furnizarea subiectelor la unele probe scrise, a unor candidati in structurile acestui minister, in detrimentul candidatilor care trebuiau, in mod legal, declarati admisi.
Astfel, seful Garnizoanei Pitesti, colonelul Vasile Belciug, care era si comandantul Scolii de Aplicatie “Mihai Viteazul”, este acuzat ca a primit bani pentru a facilita angajarea unor persoane in cadrul unitatii pe care o conducea.
Ofiterii sunt acuzati ca ar fi luat mita in total 70.000 de euro si 1.800 de lei, direct sau prin intermediari, pentru favorizarea mai multor candidati.
DNA sustine ca selectia prin care au fost promovati subofiterii s-a facut prin frauda si fals, iar consecintele sunt extrem de grave, deoarece militarii sunt cei care apara tara in caz de razboi si participa la misiuni externe de lupta sub egida NATO.
Locotenent colonelul Dan Costel Craciuneanu, seful Biroului Informare-Recrutare din cadrul Centrului Militar Judetean Ilfov, este acuzat de 32 de acte de coruptie, colonelul Vasile Belciug – de 48 de infractiuni, iar maiorul Ionut Crinu Onel, angajat al Scolii de aplicatii pentru unitati de lupta „Mihai Viteazu” Pitesti, este invinuit pentru 32 de acte de coruptie.

Colonelul florea de la Pitesti este un nesimtit arogant, un lacheu portocaliu care crede ca unitatea e mosia lui. Sa ii fie rusine cum trateaza cei 1200 de soldati veniti la recalculare, ca pe sclavi. Pe slugoiul asta cine il mai pune la punct? Vrea sa fie avansat general la exceptional pe spinarea oamenilor ca el recalculeaza pensiile?
ha , ha …. asta inghititi-o pe asta :de vreo doua luni se lucreaza la pensiile militare la greu , la arhivele militare , lume multa ce sa mai , din toata tara detasati, in misiune, etc. cum ii sade bine militarului, toate bune si frumoase dar …..totdeauna exista un dar …..libere ioc , adica se lucreaza pe doua schimburi ca , de e lume multa, de luni pana luni ? adica o persoana lucreaza de luni pana duminica inclusiv schimbul 1 , si in continuare ca sa nu se plictiseaca de luni pana duminica schimbul 2,fara liber ca de militarul se plictiseste daca are liber, si tot asa mai departe, cica e “orden” de la ministru , si asta nu e tot din cate stie je , adica eu ,lucrul in arhive are “neste” conditii speciale ca pe usile de la intrare e un nene desenat cu o masca pe figura si scrie sub el TOXIC , si dupa unele cunostinte ale mele ar cam trebui sa beneficieze oamenii astia de niste zile libere , sau ore mai putine sau antidoturi lapte , citrice ,sau sporuri nu stiu de ce sa zic , acum vine si intrebarea intrebataoare , ce fac oamenii astia au ceva drepturi ori ba dvs ce ziceti
