Un institut de cercetari energetice proiecteaza WC-urile publice din Bucuresti

O firma a baietilor destepti din energie realizeaza studii de fezabilitate pentru constructia de toalete publice in Bucuresti. Potrivit SEAP, Institutul pentru Studii si Proiectari Energetice (ISPE) a castigat o licitatie pentru asigurarea studiilor de fezabilitate in vederea “constructiei de toalete publice subterane in puncte cu trafic pietonal intens din municipiul Bucuresti”. Pretul: 67.500 de lei.
Intrebarea care se pune este cum un institut cu o istorie veche in proiectarea marilor lucrari de la companiile nationale energetice a ajuns sa proiecteze WC publice?
Trebuie mentionat faptul ca directorul general al acestui institut este Dan Gheorghiu, fost consilierul personal al lui Adriean Videanu, in perioada cand acesta a fost ministru al Economiei.
Mai mult, ISPE a intocmit documentatia necesara pentru infiintarea celor doua companii energetice, Electra si Hidroenergetica. De asemenea, trebuie precizat ca la nivelul Capitalei, Consiliul General este controlat de alianta PDL- PNG, realizata dupa alegerile locale din 2008, prin contributia esentiala a lui Videanu. Liderul PDL i-a atras pe sefii PNG prin oferirea unor importante functii publice: Mariana Becheanu, vicepresedinte PNG (fost consilier juridic la Clubul Steaua) a devenit sefa de cabinet la Casa de Asigurari de Sanatate, iar sotul acesteia, Bogdan Becheanu, consilier general PNG, a ajuns directorul general al Radet. Proiectele primariei care se deruleaza cu bani publici trebuie aprobate de Consiliul General al Bucurestiului.
Asadar, ISPE, aflat in sfera de influenta a lui Videanu, a ajuns sa deruleze afaceri cu Primaria Capitalei!
Institutul se afla in proprietatea Romelectro, o cunoscuta companie a baietilor destepti din eneregie care a beneficiat in anii 2007-2008, de energie ieftina primita de la companii nationale precum Rovinari, Turceni si Craiova. ISPE si Romelectro deruleaza numeroase lucrari cu Rovinari si Turceni, mai toate obtinute prin incredintare directa.
