Chiliman vrea referendum pe proiectul de desfiintare a primariilor de sector
by admin January 19, 2011 32 commentsPrimarul sectorul 1, Andrei Chiliman ii solicita primarului general, Sorin Oprescu, sa initieze un referendum pentru ca bucurestenii sa raspunda la intrebarea daca sunt de acord sau nu sa aleaga prin vot direct edilii de sector. Chiliman vrea astfel sa dea un raspuns la intentia PDL Bucuresti de a initia un proiect de modificare administrativa a Capitalei, prin care intreaga putere va fi concentrata in mainile primarului general, iar primarii de sector vor fi alesi de catre consilierii generali.
“Suntem la debutul operatiunii mafiote de transformare a Bucurestiului in feuda Elenei Udrea si a gruparii politico-financiare ale carei interese le reprezinta presedinta PD Bucuresti. In acest mod, topind in bugetul primariei generale a bugetelor primariilor de sector, mafia Elenei Udrea ar putea avea la discretie, in fiecare an, peste 2 miliarde de euro”, a mai spus Chiliman. Acesta a mai spus ca va strange numarul de semnaturi necesar declansarii referundumului, “impreuna cu bucurestenii si cu societatea civila”. “Ii invit alaturi de noi pe toti primarii de sector”, a lansat invitatia Chiliman.
De partea lui Chiliman s-au pronuntat, momentan, primarul sectorul 4, Cristian Popescu “Piedone”, chiar si primarul sectorului 2, Neculai Ontanu, care a declarat ca este necesar un referendum pentru a transa aceasta problema. Edilul sectorului 6, Cristian Poteras s-a manifestat pentru initiativa Elenei Udrea, acesta initiind chiar acum doi ani un proiect de lege a Capitalei, de reorganizare administrativa. Primarul de la sectorul 3, Liviu Negoita este alaturi de Elena Udrea, in timp ce Marian Vanghelie nu s-a exprimat in acest sens, deoarece este plecat in SUA.
