Deputat PNL trimis in judecata dupa ce a manarit liste de consilieri

Deputatul PNL Florin Turcanu a fost trimis in judecata de procurorii Parchetului General fiind acuzat de fals si uz de fals. Demnitarul ar fi dat declaratii in scris potrivit carora mai multi membri ai PNL Botosani au fost exclusi din partid pentru “a face loc” pe listele de consilieri unor apropiati.
Potrivit procurorilor, in perioada iunie-iulie 2009, Florin Turcanu, in calitate de presedinte al PNL filiala Botosani, a semnat o serie de hotarari prin care diferiti membri ai partidului au fost exclusi din formatiune prin hotararea Delegatiei Permanente a partidului din data de 21.06. 2009.
Prin acesta miscare, deputatul a urmarit ca in locul persoanelor alese consilieri judeteni sau locali, sa ajunga alte personaje, prieteni cu demnitarul. Potrivit legii alegerilor locale, in cazul in care un consilier este exclus din partid, locul acestuia este luat de persoana imediat urmatoare de pe lista formatiunii politice. Deoarece de cele mai multe ori persoanele agreate de Turcanu nu s-au situat, in urma alegerilor, pe pozitia imediat urmatoare, seful PNL Botosani a exclus si urmatorii cinci membri de pe lista pentru a ajunge la candidatul agreat.
Prin acest mecanism, 23 de persone au fost “excluse” din partid de Turcanu. O parte din aceste hotarari ai fost trimise Consiliului Judetean, Consiliului Municipal Botosani si consiliilor locale ale caror membri nu erau pe placul deputatului. Mai mult, hotararile in fals au fost insotite de numele persoanelor ce urmau sa-i inlocuiasca pe consilierii alesi pe drept.
