MAI sesizeaza Parchetul in cazul unor angajari ilegale la Jandarmerie

Ministrul de Interne, Traian Igas, a sesizat Parchetul General intr-un caz de suspiciune de coruptie in privinta modului in care au fost ocupate trei posturi de ofiter la Jandarmeria Romana si asupra felului in care a fost organizat concursul pentru aceste functii.
O verificare efectuata de Corpul de Control al Ministerului de Interne a constatat nereguli in privinta deblocarii de catre Inspectoratul General al Jandarmeriei a trei posturi de ofiter printr-o derogare la de la actele normative care prevedeau suspendarea oricaror angajari. “In aceste conditii, examenele au fost dispuse de Jandarmerie si au avut loc, desi nu erau indeplinite cerintele de organizare impuse de ordinele pe linie de resurse umane (vechime in munca, niciun candidat nu avea la dosar certificatele de examinare psihologica, nu toate documentele de studii erau legalizate, la toti candidatii nu erau fisele medicale de incadrare)”, se arata intr-un comunicat emis de inspectorii Corpului de Control. Astfel, ministrul Igas a solicitat Parchetului sa demareze cercetarea penala pentru abuz in serviciu, fals si uz de fals.
Pe baza informatii culese in acest dosar, ministrul a dispus masuri disciplinare in cazul prim-adjunctului IGPR, care va fi trimis in fata consiliului de judecata de la nivelul MAI. De asemenea, va fi cercetata disciplinar si seful de la Resurse Umane din cadrul IGPR, precum si ofiterul care s-a ocupat de constituirea dosarelor candidatilor. A fost eliberat din functie directorul general al Directiei Generale Management Resurse Umane din cadrul MAI.
