Barbulescu, Lupascu, Chiujdea si Alistar pleaca din CSM

Judecatorii de la Curtea Constitutionala au adus joi unele clarificari in privinta alegerilor de la CSM. Astfel, Lidia Barbulescu, Dan Lupascu, Dan Chiujea nu mai pot fi alesi pentru al doilea mandat, in timp ce Victor Alistar nu poate face parte din Consiliu, intrucat a primit decizie de incompatibilitate de la ANI.
Curtea Constitutionala a decis ca Senatul sa valideze candidaturile a opt membrii CSM, urmand a se relua alegerile pentru cele trei posturi ocupate abuziv acum de Barbulescu, Lupascu si Chiujdea.
In privinta lui Alistar lucrurile sunt simple. El a fost declarat incompatibil in 2009 de Agentia Nationala de Integritate si timp de 3 ani nu mai poate ocupa o functie publica. In locul sau, societatea civila trebuie sa propuna o alta persoana.
Plecarea celor patru din CSM intareste aripa reformatoare din Consiliu.

Sa speram ca magistratii vor alege in locul celor trei oameni competenti. Oricum pecarea lui Lupascu si Lidia Barbulescu este o verste buna.
