Operatiunea “mita la vami”: razboi intre tabara Basescu si aripa Blaga

Surse politice sustin ca scandalul declansat de arestarile si punerile sub acuzatie a vamesilor si politistilor de frontiera vine “ca o manusa” pentru tabara Basescu din interiorul PDL pentru a elimina oamenii si influentele lui Vasile Blaga din structurile MAI. Seful Vamilor, Radu Marginean, un subordonat credincios a lui Blaga, pus sub acuzare in dosarul mitei din vama Halmeu, urmeaza sa fie inlocuit din functie. O alta persoana vizata sa fie zburata din functie este seful Politiei de Frontiera, Ioan Buda.
Radu Marginean a fost unul dintre locotenentii lui Vasile Blaga, inca de pe vremea cand fostul ministru de Interne era seful Vamilor din Oradea : 1993-1996. Dupa plecarea la Bucuresti a lui Blaga, Marginean l-a inlocuit in postul de director al Vamii Oradea. Apoi, in 2005, cand Blaga a devenit ministru de Interne al Guvernului aliantei D.A. condus de Calin Popescu Tariceanu, Marginean aajuns director al Directiei Supraveghere, Operatiuni si Accize din cadrul Autoritatii Vamale Romane. In 2009, cand Blaga a devenit din nou ministru al MAI, de aceasta data in primul Executiv condus de Emil Boc, Marginean a fost promovat in functia de sef al Autoritatii Nationale a Vamilor. Radu Marginean a ramas in functie si dupa ce Blaga si-a dat demisia la sfarsitul anului trecut, iar Traian Igas a fost numit ministru. Insa, potrivit surselor noastre, Igas ar fi incercat sa-l schimbe pe Marginean din functie, pentru a aduce un apropiat al sau, dar Blaga ar fi intervenit de fiecare data pentru a-si sustine protejatul. Acum, cand DNA l-a pus sub acuzare, ministrul MAI are puternice argumente pentru a-l demite din functie. Radu Marginean ar putea sa-si piarda si functia de vicepresedinte al ANAF. Oricum, dupa ce Blaga a plecat de la MAI, seful ANAF, Sorin Blejnar i-ar fi luat dintre atributii, cea mai importanta fiind cea referitoare la numirile in teritoriu a sefilor de Vama, sustin sursele noastre.
Seful Politiei de Frontiera, pe faras
Un alt “locotenent” a lui Blaga din structurile MAI este inspectorul general al Politiei de Frontiera, Ioan Buda. In 2007, inainte ca PD sa iasa de la guvernare, Buda a fost numit director adjunct al Inspectoratului General al Politiei de Frontiera, iar in 2009, cand PD s-a intors la putere, iar Blaga a ajuns iar ministru MAI, acelasi Buda a fost promovat in postul de inspector general al Politiei de Frontiera. Sursele nostre spun ca noul ministru, Traian Igas ar profita de faptul ca multi politisti de frontiera au fost arestati si pusi sub acuzare, si ar putea sa-l acuze pe Ioan Buda de proasta gestionare a departamentului sau si l-ar demita in numele unor masuri dure.
Razboi intre tabara Basescu si aripa Blaga
Conflictul din interiorul MAI are si conotatii politice. Face parte din lupta pentru putere in PDL, declansata in contextul Conventiei Nationale din mai cand va fi aleasa o noua conducere. Vasile Blaga a anuntat ca va candida pe presedintie partidului, creionndu-se deja o tabara a “greilor” din PDL, din care fac parte Radu Berceanu, Adriean Videanu, Ioan Oltean sau Cezar Preda iar de partea cealalta, se contureaza tabara aripii novatoare, formata din Elena Udrea, Gheorghe Falca, la care s-ar putea adera Teodor Baconschi, Sever Voinescu sau Monica Macovei. In acest context, Traian Igas faca parte din tabara novatoare, fiind omul de incredere a lui Gheorghe Falca.
