Tragedie la mina Uricani. Cinci mineri mor in urma unei explozii

O explozie s-a produs sambata dupa-amiaza in subteranul minei Uricani, in urma careia cinci persoane – un inginer si patru electricieni – si-au pierdut viata. Doua echipe de salvatori au coborat in mina sambata seara si au reusit sa scoata la suprafata cadavrele ortacilor.
Din primele informatii, rezulta ca cei cinci mineri erau electricieni si au efectuat o revizie la un punct electric din subteran. Dupa producerea exploziei, ei au ramas blocati la 430 de m adancime. Se para ca explozia a pornit de la un tablou electric, care a luat foc in momentul in care a fost cuplat.
Trupruiele minerilor au fost transportate in cursul noptii la morga Spitalului de Urgenta de Petrosani.
Directorul CNH, Constantin Jujan, a declarat ca nu se cunoaste cauza producerii exploziei care a dus la moartea acestora si ca o comisie de ancheta formata din reprezentanti ai Parchetului si ai Inspectoratului Teritorial de Munca vor cerceta acest acest caz. In plus, el a adaugat ca pana la elucidarea cauzelor exploziei accesul in zona respectiva din mina va fi blocat.
Directorul CNH a mai precizat ca familiile celor decedati vor primi compensatii banesti si ca intretinatorii familiilor vor putea primi locuri de munca in cadrul exploatarii miniere. Jujan a mai spus, refererindu-se la aparatura pe care cei cei ar fi trebuit sa o aiba asupra lor lor cand coborau la o inteventie in subteran, ca in ultimii doi ani s-au achizitionat echipamente de la firme cunoscute in ce priveste detectia gazului metan.
Premierul Emil Boc le ceruse ministrului Muncii, Ioan Botis, si ministrului Administratiei si Internelor, Traian Igas, sa se deplaseze de urgenta in judetul Hunedoara, pentru a coordona actiunile de salvare a minerilor blocati.
