Csibi Barna, urmarit penal pentru ultraj si instigare

Procurorii Sectiei de urmarire penala si a criminalitatii din cadrul Parchetului General au declansat urmarirea penala fata de Csibi Barna, functionarul din Finante Harghita care l-a spanzurat “simbolic” pe Avram Iancu.
Acesta este pus sub acuzare de ultraj contra bunurilor moravuri, tulburarea ordinii si linistii publice si instigare la discriminare.
Csibi Barna s-a prezentat la Parchet, unde a fost citat in dosarul in care este acuzat, refuzand sa raspunda jurnalistilor in limba romana, vorbind doar in maghiara.
Barna a fost detasat disciplinar pentru o jumatate de an la Finante Publice Aiud, insa, in cele din urma a intrat in concediu de odihna.
Seful ANAF, Sorin Blejnar a explicat ca a luat aceasta decizie ca o “invatatura de minte”. Primarul din Aiud, Tiberiu Ratiu, a afirmat ca in ultimele zile “s-au inflamat spiritele in localitate” si multi cetateni si-au exprimat nemultumirea fata de decizia de detasare a lui Barna. Reprezentantii ONG-urilor au strans semnaturi pentru declararea lui Csibi Barna drept “persona non grata” in Aiud.
