Doi italieni retinuti de procurori, dupa ce au incercat sa scoata din tara un nou-nascut
by Ancheteonline March 10, 2011 40 commentsDoi cetateni italieni, Garnero Sandra Candelaria, de 45 de ani si Sparagna Giovanni, 57 de ani, au fost retinuti de procurorii Directiei de Investigare a Infractiunilor de Criminalitate Organizata si Terorism – Serviciul Teritorial Bacau, dupa ce au incercat sa scoata din tara un nou-nascut in varsta de trei zile.
Cei doi italieni sunt acuzati de savarsirea infractiunilor de trafic de minori, fals material in inscrisuri oficiale si fals privind identitatea.
Potrivit unui comunicat DIICOT, in cursul lunii martie 2011, cei doi italieni, in intelegere cu romanca Adelina Mihai, insarcinata in luna a 9-a, au convenit ca, dupa nasterea copilului, acesta sa fie inregistrat pe numele inculpatilor, modalitate in care s-a urmarit excluderea din actele de stare civila a identitatii reale a parintilor naturali ai minorului.
Italienii au falsificat documentul de identitate a inculpatei Garnero Sandra Candelaria, prin aplicarea peste fotografia reala a acestei persoane a unei fotografii apartinand Adelinei Mihai.
Pe 5 martie 2011, Adelina Mihai a fost internata intr-o clinica privata din municipiul Bacau, folosind la internare actul de identitate falsificat, in scopul crearii convingerii personalului medical ca in fapt, persoana internata este Garnero Sandra Candelaria.
La externare, la data de de 8 martie, nou-nascutul a fost inregistrat pe numele celor doi cetateni italieni.
In noaptea de 8 spre 9 martie, inculpatii au incercat sa paraseasca teritoriul Romaniei cu destinatia Italia, impreuna cu nou-nascutul, fiind depistati de organele de urmarire penala pe raza municipiului Brasov.
Procurorii DIICOT vor cere instantei arestarea preventiva a italienilor pentru o perioada de 29 de zile.
