Liderul de sindicat Marius Petcu, prins cu 40.000 euro spaga

Liderul CNSRL “Fratia”, Marius Petcu, a fost prins de procurorii DNA in timp ce primea o spaga de 40.000 euro de la un om de afaceri. Banii erau doar o prima transa dintr-o suma mai mare de 200.000 de euro si reprezentau promisiunea cordarii unor lucrari de constructii. Marius Percu a fost dus la sediul DNA, unde este audiat de procurori.
Potrivit unor susrse judiciare, flagrantul a fost facut in Bucuresti, in jurul orei 15.00. Marius Petcu este membru in Consiliul de Administratie al Sind Romania (societatea comerciala a centralelor sindicale din Romania, care detine baza de turism a sindicatelor) si i-ar fi cerut mita omului de afaceri pentru acordarea unor contracte pentru lucrari de constructii.
In februarie 2011, Agentia Nationala de Integritate a declansat o verificare a averilor liderilor de sindicat, printre cei verificati se afla si Marius Petcu.
Petcu este cel mai bogat lider de sindicat din Romania. El este finul lui Miron Mitrea si a fost, pina in mai 2010, administrator al companiei Global Video Media SA, care detinea 1,2% din actiunile societatii care opera Realitatea TV.
Potrivit declaratiei de avere, Marius Petcu a avut in 2009 un venit lunar de 10.000 euro.
El detrine cinci terenuri, trei case, bijuterii, ceasuri, tablouri si icoane de 20.000 de euro; conturi personale de 60.000 de euro si 400.000 de lei; conturile sotiei insumeaza 100.000 de euro si peste 250.000 de lei.
