Sindicalistul Marius Petcu, arestat pentru 29 de zile

Liderul CNSLR-Fratia, Marius Petcu, va fi arestat preventiv pentru 29 de zile, a decis joi definitiv Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie. Toti cei trei judecatori din complet – Ioana Bogdan, Dorel Matei si Anca Rotaru – au considerat ca se impune arestarea liderului de sindicat, rasturnand decizia Curtii de Apel, care il lasase pe sindicalist in libertate.
Petcu a fost pirns in flagrant, pe 24 martie, in timp ce primea 40.000 de euro mita de la omul de afaceri Petre Scrieciu. Petcu i-ar fi acordat firmei lui Scrieciu un contract de constructie a unui centru de recreere din Snagov, contra a 20% din valoarea contractului, care trebuia platita in transe lunare, in valoare de aproximativ 20.000 de euro.
Liderul sindical mai este acuzat ca ar fi primit de la Petre Scrieciu ca spaga o vila de lux in Predeal in valoare de peste 200.000 de euro.
Marius Petcu este presedintele CNSLR-Fratia si al Federatiei Sanitas, presedinte de onoare al Ordinului Asistentilor Medicali si al Institutului “Constantin Noica” si administratorul SC Sind Tour Trading SRL Bucuresti. Liderul sindical este asociat in societatile Renamed Medical Service II SRL, Renamed Nefrodial SRL, Renamed Dialcare si Renamed Nefrodiamed, toate cu sediul in Craiova.
