Procurorii DIICOT au efectuat, marti, 15 perchezitii domiciliare pe raza judetelor Maramures si Timis, pentru prinderea a 21 de persoane, care au savarsit furturi in statiuni din Franta. Valoarea prejudiciului se ridica la 3 milioane de euro.
Potrivit unui comunicat al DIICOT, autoritatile franceze efectueaza cercetari cu privire la 62 de fapte de furt, comise de catre cetateni romani in perioada ianuarie 2010 – martie 2011 din statiuni franceze, marfa sustrasa constand in mare parte din bunuri electronice, televizoare, bauturi alcoolice si produse cosmetice.
Procurorii DIICOT au actionat simultan cu autoritatile judiciare din Franta, Austria, Germania si Ungaria.
Parchetele pe langa Curtile de Apel Bucuresti, Cluj si Timisoara urmeaza a dispune retinerea inculpatilor si sesizarea Curtilor de Apel competente.
Cercetarile in cauza au fost efectuate impreuna cu ofiterii de potitie din cadrul DCCO, BCCO Cluj si BCCO Timis.
