Partidul lui Dan Diaconescu, respins de Curtea de Apel

Curtea de Apel Bucuresti a respins astazi cererea de infiintare a Partidului Poporului, formatiune politica initiata de patronul televiziunii OTV, Dan Diaconescu. Diaconescu sustine ca este „situatie fara precedent”, deoarece el a strans semnaturile necesare pentru infiintarea unui partid, fiind vorba despre cateva sute de mii de membrii.
Cererea a fost depusa la Curtea de Apel pe 26 august 2010 la Tribunalul Bucuresti. Diaconescu a hotarat sa intre in politica dupa ce a fost eliberat din arest, in urma deschiderii dosarului instrumentat de DNA, in care este acuzat de santaj.
Dan Diaconescu, Doru Parv si Ghezea Mitrus au fost trimisi in judecata pe 21 octombrie 2010. Potrivit procurorilor, Diaconescu l-ar fi santajat pe primarul comunei aradene Zarand si pe omul de afaceri Petru Tardea, cu o caseta compormitoatoare la adresa lor, cerand in schimbul nedifuzarii acesteia o suma de bani.
