Guvernatorul Cononov si-a turnat colegii de munca la Securitate
by Virgil Burla May 18, 2010 34 commentsFostul guvernator al Deltei Dunarii din perioada 2005-2008, liberalul Paul Cononov, este acuzat de CNSAS de colaborare cu Securitatea. In anii ‘80, Cononov lucra la Asociatia Economica Cooperatista de Stat (AECS) Tulcea. El a intocmit mai multe note informative despre discutiile colegiilor de munca, in special cele purtate in pauza de masa, conversatii care reflectau starea de nemultumire fata de greutatile vietii din timpul regimului comunist.
Cononov a fost recrutat de Inspectoratul Judetean de Securitate Tulcea, Serviciul 1, in anul 1984, sub numele conspirativ “Razvan”. Misiunea fostului guvernator era simpla: incadrarea informative a angajatilor din cadrul AECS Tulcea.
Potrivit Consiliului National pentru Studierea Arhivelor Securitatii (CNSAS), la vremea respectiva Cononov tragea cu urechea la discutiile camarazilor apoi raporta despre “comentariile anticomuniste ale unor colegi de serviciu”.
Astfel, o nota olografa, datata 18 februarie 1984, arata cum liberalul de peste ani a povestit Securitatii despre un mecanizator care, in pauza de la ora 12 “obisnuieste sa puna in discutie unele stiri pe care le audiaza la postul de radio Europa Libera si Vocea Americii in compania unor colegi de serviciu”, facand, sub influenta acestor emisiuni si “unele comparatii intre nivelul de trai din tara noastra si cel din Occident”.
Reprezentantii CNSAS mai arata ca fostul Guvernator al Deltei Dunarii insista sa prezinte cat mai fidel atmosfera din pauza de masa, fiind mentionata si atitudinea celor prezenti.
Astfel, “numitul T.L. este de acord fara insa avea manifestari ostile” spre deosebire de G.S. care, “pe langa faptul ca este de acord…de multe ori se arata si revoltat, afirmand ca daca treaba va mai continua asa, cand s-or ridica toti sa vezi ce-o sa fie”.
In aceeasi data, Paul Cononov a mai semnat o nota informativa in care povesteste despre starea de nemultumire si revolta existenta in randul muncitorilor.
“Nu am ce sa comentez”
Intrebat despre acuzele care i se aduc, fostul guvernator al Deltei a negat colaborarea cu Securitatea si s-a aratat extrem de surprins de faptul ca este verificat de CNSAS. “Nu am ce sa comentez. Tot ce-mi spuneti dumneavostra nu are nicio legatura cu realitatea. Sunt total surpins si nu inteleg de ce acum, cand nu mai detin nicio functie publica, sunt acuzat de aceste lucruri. A mai aparut o informatie similara prin 2007. O sa verific sa vad ce si cum”, a declarat fostul demnitar pentru Ancheteonline.
Guvernator al Deltei Dunării din 2005 pînă în 2008, Cononov a fost verificat din oficiu de CNSAS deoarece a candidat la ultimele alegeri generale pentru functia de deputat din partea PNL.
Din postura de guvernator al Deltei, inginerul patron peste o firma locala de salubritate a intrat in atentia presei dupa ce a eliberat o autorizatie unei firme apropiate in vederea recoltarii stufului intr-o zona strict protejata.
O alta decizie controversa a mandatului sau face referire la acordarea unei autorizatii de pescuit sturioni in conditiile prohibitiei de zece ani impusa pescuitului la sturion.
In septembrie 2008, el a fost inlocuit din functia de guvernator al Deltei, locul sau fiind luat de jurnalistul Liviu Mihaiu. A fost numit imediat consilier personal pe probleme de mediu al premierului de atunci Calin Popescu Tariceanu si eliberat din functie, la inceputul lui 2009, de Emil Boc.
