Dupa incendii devastatoare, Rusia este amenintata de furtuni violente

Un front de aer rece a lovit in cursul noptii de duminica spre luni nord-vestul Rusiei, provocand furtuni violente si daune materiale importante, iar acum se indreapta spre Moscova, dupa o perioada marcata de canicula si de incendii devastatoare in ultimele saptamani, informeaza luni AFP.
In nord-vestul tarii, vanturile si furtunile violente au doborat copaci si au privat de electricitate aproape 100.000 de persoane, a indicat biroul Ministerului rus pentru Situatii de Urgenta de la Sankt Petersburg.
Aproape 1.500 de localitati in care locuiesc 93.841 de persoane, din regiunile Sankt Petersburg, Novgorod, Pskov, Vologda si Arhanghelsk, au ramas fara curent electric. Doua macarale inalte de 50 de metri au cazut peste santiere din fosta capitala imperiala Sankt Petersburg, ranind grav o femeie ce manevra una din cele doua masini.
Serviciile meteorologice ruse au lansat o alerta pentru Moscova si regiunea ei. ‘La Moscova se asteapta averse abundente, grindina, rafale de vant de 28 de metri pe secunda’, au anuntat serviciile de meteorologie.
Partea occidentala a Rusiei este atinsa de la inceputul verii de o canicula fara precedent si de ample incendii de padure care au devastat aproape un milion de hectare de la sfarsitul lunii iulie, facand 54 de morti, potrivit unui bilant oficial. Peste 50.000 de hectare sunt in continuare distruse de incendii, mai ales in apropierea unui centru nuclear de la Sarov (500 de km est de Moscova).
