DNA a trimis in judecata intreaga conducere a CFR din perioada 2005-2006, pentru ca a cumparat, prin intermediul mai multor firme private, automotoare din Germania la un pret de 16 mai mare decat valorau in realitate. Prejudiciul adus Cailor Ferate Romane: aproape 3 milioane lei. Una dintre firmele complice la aceste fapte penale, SC Remarul 16 februarie, este din Cluj si este pe lista societatilor “laudate” de Emil Boc.
Procurorii DNA i-au trimis in judecata pe fostul directorul general, Alexandru Noaptes, fostul director de tractiune la CFR Calatori, Nicolar Iosub, precum si fostul director ajunct de la CFR Calatori, Nacu Vanghele. Potrivit rechizitoriului DNA, in perioada martie-octombrie 2005, directorii s-au implicat in achizitionarea de catre CFR a sase automotoare cu remorca second hand de la firmele SC Activ Invest SRL si SC Remarul 16 februarie SA din Cluj Napoca. Pretul la care au fost cumparate cele sase utilaje a fost supraevaluat, favorizand firmele private in dauna CFR.
Astfel, valoarea utilajelor a crescut de 16 ori, de la 120.000 de euro (pretul de vanzare din Germania), la aproape 2 milioane de euro. Procurorii i-au pus sub acuzare si pe directorii generali de la cele doua firme private, profitoarele afacerii, sub acuzatia de “complicitate la infractiunea de abuz in serviciu contra intereselor statului”.
Schema utilizata a fost simpla: automotoarele au fost cumparate din Germania de SC ICIM SA Arad, vandute apoi catre SC Activ Invest, revandute apoi la SC Remarul 16 februarie SA si de aici la CFR Calatori.
Societatea SC Remarul 16 februarie este una “de frunte” in Cluj Napoca. Pe 12 februarie 2009, premierul Emil Boc facea o vizita de lucru la aceasta societate si aducea laude conducerii fabricii. “Ma bucur ca din cele discutate cu conducerea acestei societati, datorita faptului ca exista o echipa de manageri foarte buna, lucrurile sunt sub control”, spunea Boc in fata sefilor de la SC Remarul.
Amintim ca si directorul CFR din perioada guvernarii Nastase, Mihai Nicolaiciuc a fost pus sub acuzare pentru delapidarea Caii Ferate, pentru care a primt o condamnare la 10 ani de puscarie. Nicolaiciuc nu a facut nicio zi de puscarie, el fugind in Statele Unite.
