Comisia Europeana va declansa procedura de infringement impotriva Frantei pentru incalcarea legislatiei europene in cazul expulzarilor de tigani romani si bulgari, a anuntat marti comisarul european pentru justitie, drepturi fundamentale si cetatenie Viviane Reding. Franta nu se lasa intimidata si trimite in Romania inca 69 de tigani.
In cadrul unei conferinte de presa, Reding a declarat ca procedura de infringement este motivata de transpunerea insuficienta de catre Franta a directivei europene privind libera circulatie si de ‘aplicarea discriminatorie’ a acestei legi europene.
