Ancheteonline.ro va prezinta o parte din stenogramele aflate la dosarul privatizarilor frauduloase in care sunt judecati fostii ministrii Codrut Seres si Zsolt Nagy, alaturi de Dorinel Mucea, Vadim Benyatov si Stamen Stachev. Dosarul este unul public si se afla la Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie. Dupa Sorin Ovidiu Vintu, este randul lui Dan Voiculescu sa-si puna grupul de firme Intact in slujba intereselor proprii. In acest sens, Voiculescu il asigura pe colegul de partid Seres ca o sa-l caute cineva de la Jurnalul National, cel mai probabil redactorul sef Dan Constantin, sa-i ia un interviu pentru a “spala” imaginea sifonata a demnitarului anchetat de procurori. Profesorul universitar Dan Voiculescu are o “solida” cultura politica de vreme ce nu stia ca Monica Macovei era ministru al Justitiei.
24. 11. 2006 – Dan Voiculescu il suna pe Codrut Seres, fost ministru al Economie din partea Partidului Conservator. Cu o seara inainte, Seres a incercat sa vorbeasca cu patronul “Jurnalului National” dupa ce cotidianul “de casa” a lui Voiculescu a publicat, pe surse si in exclusivitate, un material despre ancheta procurorilor in care era implicat fostul demnitar.

24.11. 2006 – Discutie intre Dan Voiculescu si Codrut Seres despre planul de atac pentru intimidarea celor care ar mai fi indraznit sa pomeneasca de dosarul privatizarilor frauduloase. Seres se temea ca urma sa fie adus cu mandat la audierile de la Parchetul General. Un ministru si un senator al Romaniei se incurca in explicatii privind organizarea unor institutii de baza ale statului
– Voiculescu: Deci fii foarte refractar la Procuratura, fii cooperant (sic). Maine fa un comunicat si da cu ei de pamant, da unul lui Macovei (Monica Macovei, ministrul Justitiei in perioada respectiva n. red.) si comunica, fa un comunicat ca i-ai scris lui Macovei.
– Seres: Da, fac doua.
– Voiculescu: Macovei e sefa la procurori ca eu nici nu stiu?
– Seres: Nu stiu daca e sefa la procurori. Habar n-am, o sa ma uit!
