Palatul Victoria este renovat de un prieten al Elenei Ceausescu

RAAPPS a incredintat firmei SC Carpati Proiect SRL, detinuta de Petre Badea, un apropiat al Elenei Ceausescu, un contract ce prevede studii de fezabilitate pentru consolidarea Palatului Victoriei.
Potrivit site-ului de licitatii publice, Regia Autonoma a Protocolului de Stat a incheiat un contract de studii de fezabilitate pentru consolidarea Palatului Victoriei cu firma SC Carpati Proiect SRL. Contractul a fost incredintat prin negociere directa, fara licitatie pe motiv ca “serviciile pot fi furnizate numai de un anumit ofertant, din motive tehnice”. Pentru aceasta lucrare, RAAPPS care are in patrimoniu Palatul Victoria, scoate din buzunar 468.000 de lei.
Anul trecut, cladirea Palatul Victoria a intrat intr-un proces de renovare si consolidare in conditiile in care este incadrata la un grad de seism clasa1, fiind in mare pericol in caz de cutremur.
In primavara acestui an, RAAPPS a mai acordat firmei SC Carpati Proiect SRL o lucrare pentru asistenta tehnica in vederea consolidarii cladirii Palatului Victoria. Renovarea urmeaza sa fie finalizata in decembrie 2011.
SC Carpati Proiect SRL este detinuta de omul de afaceri Petre Badea, fost director general la Trustul Carpati, care a construit Casa Poporului. Acesta ar fi fost unul dintre apropiatii Elenei Ceausescu, unul dintre putinii oameni de incredere a sotiei dictatorului, care avea acces permanent la Cabinetul 2. Badea i-ar fi furnizat Elenei Ceausescu permanent informatii despre ce se intampla pe santierul de la Casa Poporului si care ar fi fost racolat de securitate si ridicat la gradul de general.
Dupa Revolutie, in 1993, Badea a reusit sa puna mana pe patrimonial Trustului Carpati, in urma unei asa-zise privatizari, infiintandu-se mai multe societati de constructii printre care Aedificia Carpati si SC Carpati Proiect.
El si-ar fi pastrat relatiile in zona serviciilor secrete, astfel sa firmele lui au executat, prin negociere directa, lucrari de constructie a sediilor centrale ale SIE si STS. De asemenea, in calitate de apropiat a premierului Adrian Nastase (2001-2004), Badea a obtinut contracte pentru modernizarea Muzeului de Arta Moderna. Pentru aceste lucrari, Nastase este anchetat intr-un dosar de mare coruptie.
De asemenea, firma SC Aedificia Carpati apare in stenogramele din dosarul de trafic de influenta a lui Catalin Voicu. Astfel, judecatorul Nicu Jidovu de la Inalta Curte de Justitie si Casatie, pe langa care Voicu face trafic de influenta, avea telefonul platit de SC Aedifica Carpati. De altfel, Badea era o cunostinta mai veche a lui Jidovu, deoarece sotia judecatorului era din aceeasi localitate cu fostul general de securitate, adica din Negrasi (Arges).
Firmele lui Badea au primit si contractele de constructie a Catedralei Neamului, in conditiile in care inginerul constructor era un apropiat al fostului Patriarh Teoctist.
