44 de persoane, trimise in judecata dupa ce au furat tabla de la combinatul Arcelor

Procurorii DIICOT au trimis in judecata 44 de persoane, printre care se afla si cinci politisti, acuzate ca au furat de la combinatul siderurgic Arcelor Galati mari cantitati de tabla provenite de la laminoareler unitatii, precum si consumabile folosite în procesul de producţie (zinc, rulmenti, sufe metalice sau electrozi de sudura). Paguba adusa cominatului se ridica la 670.000 lei.
Hotii sustrageau mari cantitati de materiale din combinat, cu sprijinul chiar a sefului sectiei de politiei de pe platforma industriala, comisarul sef Vasile Hulea si cu ajutorul agentului de politie, Marian Munteanu.
Gruparea avea spatele asigurat chiar la nivelul IPJ Galati, unde agentii de politie, Gheorghe Apaunei, Sandel Maftei si Mircea Olaru au blocat cercetarile penale in cazul acestor infractori, dand solutie de neincepere a urmarire penala.
Toti au fost pusi sub acuzare de procurorii de la DIICOT, care au deconspirat intrega retea infractionala.
