Magistratii Tribunalului Bucuresti au emis duminica dimineata mandate de arestare preventiva de 29 de zile pentru omul de afaceri Catalin Chelu si trei prieteni ai acestuia, Gabriel Constantineescu, Antonel Bunu si Stefan Nitache Nicolae. Procurorii DNA au oprit vineri in zona Piata Revolutiei doua masini de lux in care se aflau cei patru, dupa ce Catalin Chelu a incercat sa-l mituiasca pe secretarul de stat in MAI Dan Fatuloiu pentru a scapa de mai multe dosare penale.
Potrivit DNA, initial Chelu a promis 1 milion de euro, insa la 12 noiembrie s-a intalnit cu secretarul de stat si a scazut suma la 50.000 euro cash si 270.000 euro contravaloarea unei case si a unui teren in apropierea Bucurestiului.
Ulterior, pe 19 noiembrie, Chelu a mers in biroul secratarului de stat si a marit miza la 300.000 de euro si construirea a inca unei case, ce valora 120.000 euro. In schimbul mitei, Fatuloiu trebuia sa determine o societate comerciala sa nu-l inregistreze pe Chelu in evidentele Registrului Comertului ca actionar la o societate comerciala si sa-i “rezolve” dosarele penale. Fatuloiu a refuzat mita si a anuntat procurorii, care l-au prins pe Chelu.
De aici, informatiile se bat cap in cap. Fatuloiu ar fi depus la DNA un autodenunt in urma cu doua luni. Se pare ca cineva din MAI l-ar fi anuntat pe Catalin Chelu, iar acesta a facut si el un denunt la DNA, pentru a se proteja. De asemenea, si fiul lui Fatuloiu, Alexandru, ar fi depus un denunt la DNA.
Ramane un mister cum o echipa de la Realitatea TV a filmat momentul organizarii flagrantului. De altfel, in jurul orei 15.00, o parte din ziaristi au fost anuntata ca “va exploda o bomba” la MAI.
Catalin Chelu este unul din cei mai cunoscuti speculanti pe bursa de la Bucuresti, el avand mai multe tentative de a prelua constrolul asupra SIF Moldova.
