Procurorii Directiei Nationale Anticoruptie au cerut marti judecatorilor de la Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie arestarea generalilor de armata Ion Marian, loctiitorul Directiei Management si Resurse Umane din MApN, si Mihai Chirita, seful Directiei doctrina si instructie din Statul Major General. Colonelul Vasile Belciug, care era si comandantul Scolii de Aplicatie “Mihai Viteazul”, a fost schimbat din functie la inceputul lunii decembrie, in urma unui raport al Directiei Generale de Informatii a Armatei (DGIA), in care se arata ca acesta ar fi primit bani pentru a facilita angajarea unor persoane in cadrul unitatii pe care o conducea.
Sumele pretinse de Belciug erau cuprinse intre 1.000 si 1500 de euro. In locul lui Belciug, la conducerea Garnizoanei Pitesti a fost numit colonelul Marian Tudorica.

Nu exista scuze! Daca se fac vinovati ar trebui condamnati pe viata, legea e prea blanda si nu numai in cazul lor. Ca fost militar am avut zile cand mancam paine cu salam, sau doar paine, imi vedeam copilul o data la 2-3 saptamani si ma pot mandri ca nu am luat un ban necuvenit.
