Mamele pot opta intre „doua pachete optionale”

Guvernul a adoptat astazi ordonanta privind indemnizatia pentru mame in care sunt prevazute doua variante optionale: ori o indemnizatie timp de un an cu un plafon cuprins intre 600 si 3.400 de lei, in functie de media veniturilor, ori o indemnizatie timp de doi ani de zile, dar cu un plafon maxim de 1.200 de lei. Parintii pot alege una dintre variante, insa nu mai o pot schimba odata aleasa.
Ministrul Muncii, Ioan Botis, a anunta ca exista posibilitatea ca un parinte sa se poata razgandi in cazul in care alege varianta cu o indemnizatie de doi ani si dupa un an sa se intoarca la serviciu si sa primeasca un bonus de 500 de lei lunar.
Aceasta ordonanta se aplica de la 1 ianuarie, iar in cazul in care mamele au nascut pana la aceasta data, se aplica prevederile legii actuale, adica beneficiaza de indemnizatie de 85% din media veniturilor (scazut cu 15% in urma ordonante de scaderea a salariilor din iunie) timp de 2 ani de zile. Mai mult, Botis a anuntat ca indemnizatiile aflate in plata vor creste pana la 75% din media veniturilor.
