In declaratia data la Parchet, Stoica a recunoscut ca a tras si a ucis oameni, iar pentru serviciile sale Dan Iosif l-a platit a doua zi cu 600 de dolari, 1.200 marci germane si 5.000 de lei. Plata a fost facuta in fostul sediu al CC al PCR.vezi Romania libera
