Un bloc turn risca sa puna in umbra monumentele din bdul Dorobanti

Oficialii bucuresteni forteaza constructia unui nou bloc turn intr-o zona protejata, plina de monumente arhitecturale. Comisia de urbanism din cadrul Primariei Capitalei a avizat miercuri constructia unei cladiri de 38 de m inaltime, la intersectia bulevardului Calea Dorobanti cu strada Mihai Eminescu, atrage atentia Nicusor Dan, presedintele Asociatiei Salvati Bucurestiul. vezi document atasat
Acest imobil, amplasat langa doua cladiri monument istoric, ar cuprinde un hotel si un cazinou, precum si o parcare de 160 de locuri.
“Planul urbanistic zonal pentru zonele protejate din 2000, prevedea o inaltime maxima de 13 m in strada Brosteanu, 16 m in strada Dorobanti si 17 de m in strada Mihai Eminescu. Etajele superioare ale imobilului care ar urma sa fie construit in aceasta zona ies din consola deasupra a trei monumente istorice: Eminescu 27, Dorobanti 18 si Dorobanti 20”, a afirmat Nicusor Dan.
Terenul pe care ar urma sa fie construit imobilul apartine companiei Rubin Gold si se intinde pe 5.000 de mp. Acum cativa ani, aceasta companie a incercat sa ridice un turn de 200 m inaltime, proiectat de celebrul arhitect, Zaha Hadid.
Salvarea zonei protejate din intersectia Dorobantilor cu Mihai Eminescu ar putea veni din numarul mare de autorizatii pe care trebuie sa le primeasca compania care doreste sa construiasca aici: avizul arhitectului sef al Capitalei, avize de la Ministerul Dezvoltarii, de la Agentia de Mediu si in final, votul consilierilor generali ai Capitalei.
