Senatorii Mircea Diaconu si Mircea Cinteza, declarati incompatibili de ANI

Agentia Nationala de Integritate (ANI) a stabilit ca senatorii Mircea Diaconu (PNL) si Mircea Cinteza (PDL) au incalcat regimuol incompatibilitatilor. Mircea Diaconu nu avea voie sa fie in acelasi timp parlamentar si director al teatrului Nottara, iar Cinteza a indeplinit functii de conducere in cadrul Spitalului Floreasca. Ambii risca acum sa piarda calitatea de parlamentari.
ANI sustine ca Cinteza a detinut concomitent functia de senator si cea de sef la mai multe sectii ale unor spitale: Sef al Sectiei Clinice Medicina Interna III, Sef al Sectiei Clinice Medicina Interna V, respectiv, Sef al Sectiei Clinice de Cardiologie I in cadrul Spitalului Universitar de Urgenta Bucuresti.
In cazul senatorului PNL Mircea Diaconu, ANI a constat ca acesta detine din 2008 concomitent functia de senator si aceea de director in cadrul Teatrului C.I. Nottara.
