Avocatii lui Bercea Mondial au cerut eliberarea acestuia sub control judiciar, invocand motive medicale. Mai exact, interlopul ar suferi de claustrofobie. Cererea aparatorilor va fi judecata de Tribunalul Olt.
In acelasi timp, procurorii s-au autosesizat dupa ce Bercea le-a declarat senin ca nu stie carte si ca a obtinut permisul de sofer contra unor sume de bani.
Interlopul este arestat pentru 29 de zile, fiind acuzat de tentativa de omor calificat dupa ce si-a injunghiat propriul nepot.
In acest caz, martorii si invinuitul si-au schimbat declaratiile de mai multe ori. Astfel, Bercea a sustinut ca nepotul a fost taiat de fiul sau, in varsta de 14 ani.
