DNA: Exista filiere in Garda Financiara prin care se ofera protectie

Un procuror DNA a declarat, marti, la Inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie, in timpul judecarii recursurilor avocatului Marius Stancescu si al consilierului ANAF Nicolae Gavrila, ca exista in Garda Financiara mai multe filiere prin care se ofera protectie, printre care “filiera Stancescu” si “filiera Gavrila”.
Avocatul si consilierul ANAF au fost arestati, pe 2 martie, de Curtea de Apel Bucuresti, cei doi fiind acuzati ca au cerut mita 1 milion de euro unui afacerist italian, Antonello Celestini, in schimbul promisiunii ca vor proteja functionarea unei fabrici clandestine de tigari.
Potrivit DNA, in perioada 2007-2008, Nicolae-Adrian Gavrila, in calitate de consilier in cadrul ANAF, a primit de la Antonello Celestini suma de 120.000 de euro pentru a interveni pe lânga factori de decizie din cadrul ANAF asupra carora avea influenta, pentru a nu se recurge la blocarea conturilor firmei la care italianul era actionar. Totodata, in cursul anului 2008, Gavrila a pretins de la Antonello Celestini suma de 400.000 de euro pentru a interveni pe lânga o persoana cu functie de conducere la Administratia Nationala a Vamilor (ANV), pe lânga care lasase sa creada ca are influenta, astfel incât sa fie efectuat transferul unei cantitati de 960 de tone de tutun din România in Italia, fara plata accizelor aferente.
Mai mult, in noiembrie 2010, consilierul a pretins suma de 200.000 de euro pentru a interveni pe lânga aceeasi persoana cu functie de conducere la Administratia Nationala a Vamilor in vederea ridicarii sechestrului de pe tutunul aflat in porturile Constanta si Giurgiu.
Pe de alta parte, in luna august 2009, avocatul Marius Catalin Stancescu a primit de la afaceristul italian 50.000 de euro, prin intermediul prin intermediul S.C. AMERISCO ENTERPRISES LTD – societate de tip off shore – pentru a interveni pe lânga comisari din cadrul Garzii Financiare – Comisariatul General, pe lânga care a lasat sa se creada ca are influenta, pentru a nu se constata, cu prilejul unei verificari la firma la care denuntatorul era actionar, fapte de evaziune fiscala si de contrabanda.
