ANAF a pus sechestru pe o casa din Bucuresti ce ii apartine jurnalistului Cornel Nistorescu, relateaza revista Kamikaze in editia online. Nistorescu face parte dintr-un grup de oameni de presa ce a intrat in vizorul Fiscului pentru neplata unor venituri din activitati independente, drepturi de proprietate intelectuala si contracte de colaborare peste plafonul de scutire de la plata TVA prevazut de legislatia aplicabila in perioada 2006 – 2010.
Potrivit Mediafax, “in urma analizei de risc, Agentia Nationala de Administrare Fiscala (ANAF) a constatat ca exista persoane fizice care au obtinut venituri din drepturi de proprietate intelectuala, din contracte de colaborare si din activitati independente, care, desi au depasit plafonul de scutire de la plata TVA, nu s-au inregistrat in scopuri de TVA si pe cale de consecinta nu au platit taxa cuvenita la bugetul de stat. Printre persoanele verificate se numara jurnalisti, analisti financiari, analisti politici, artisti si moderatori de emisiuni TV.”
