Referendum pe Legea Capitalei pe 19 iunie. PDL are castig de cauza
by Ancheteonline April 14, 2011 30 commentsReferendumul privind Legea Capitalei va fi organizat duminica, 19 iunie, in cadrul acestuia bucurestenii urmand sa raspunda la un numar de sapte intrebari. O hotarare in acest sens a fost adoptata miercuri seara, in cadrul sedintei Consiliului General al Municipiului Bucuresti (CGMB), fiind adoptat proiectul propus de consilierii PDL.
Locuitorii Capitalei urmeaza sa raspunda la urmatoarele intrebari: ‘Sunteti multumiti de modul in care se dezvolta Capitala?; Va doriti o Capitala cu sase sectoare si o singura administratie?; Va doriti o Capitala cu sase sectoare si sapte administratii?; Sunteti multumiti de curatenia in Bucuresti?; Va doriti o arhitectura unitara pentru tot Bucurestiul? Sunteti de acord cu reducerea cheltuielilor aparatului din administratia publica?; Sunteti de acord ca Bucurestiul sa fie condus de primarul general, alaturi de consilierii generali?’.
Primarul general al Capitalei, Sorin Oprescu, a declarat ca cei care au votat pentru organizarea referendumului in acest mod nu au facut decat sa duca in derizoriu o problema care ii intereseaza pe toti bucurestenii.
‘Inca odata, lupta politica castiga in fata hotararii administrative. Intrebarile sunt prea multe si sunt aiurea. Din punctul meu de vedere, am propus trei intrebari, am ramas numai cu una, pentru ca facuse obiectul acestui referendum, care era proiectul de lege al Capitalei’, a spus Oprescu.
La randul sau, prefectul Capitalei, Mihai Atanasoaei, a afirmat ca, ceea ce i s-a parut ‘hilar’, este faptul ca se vor consuma resurse umane si financiare pentru un proiect (n.r. Legea Capitalei) care, in momentul de fata, nu este depus la Camera Deputatilor. ‘E doar o idee, ce se va intampla daca ea nu va fi depusa?’, s-a intrebat prefectul Capitalei.
Varianta propusa de catre primarul general al Capitalei, privind organizarea referendumului pe Legea Capitalei, varianta ce a fost respinsa de consilierii municipali, cuprindea o singura intrebare: ‘Sunteti de acord cu centralizarea administrativa a Municipiului Bucuresti, prin transferul de atributii de la primariile de sector catre CGMB?. Intrebarea fusese propusa de catre reprezentantii USL.
Legea Capitalei prevede organizarea administrativa a Capitalei, iar principala propunere se refera la o singura administratie pentru Bucuresti, cu pastrarea celor sase sectoare. Primarii de sector ar urma sa fie alesi de catre consilierii generali din randul acestora, nu de catre cetateni prin vot direct. Puterile lor ar urma sa fie limitate iar consiliile locale ale primariilor de sector vor fi desfiintate. Capitala va avea buget unitar si servicii publice unitare.

Nice! Really nice! I’ve been blog-hopping for almost two hours now and this one is the best read I’ve had thus far. I can’t believe the amount of trash that people are churning out these days. No wonder blogging is said to be dying. Oh well… Anyway, bodybuilding is definitely not for the weak of heart (literally and figuratively). If one is planning on getting into body building and building muscles big and huge, first he/she has got to make sure that he/she has a strong determination to work until the attainment of his/her goal, and that is to get all bulked up and “ripped” (as we use in the bodybuilding parlance). Being aware that building muscles takes months or even years will help a lot as this will eliminate any false presumptions and ridiculous goals.
