Tribunalul Bucuresti aloca 3,5 milioane euro pentru curatenie

Tribunalul Bucuresti intentioneaza sa cheltuiasca, in urmatorii patru ani, 3,5 milioane de euro pentru intretinerea si curatenia sediului sau de pe cheiul Dambovitei (fostul magazin Junior). Suma este enorma, in conditiile in care Justitia din Romania se confrunta cu o grava subfinantare. Anul trecut, Tribunalul Bucuresti inregistra datorii de peste un milion de euro catre furnizorii de servicii.
In data de 19 martie, pe e-licitatie.ro, a fost lansat un anunt in care se spune ca Tribunalul Bucuresti “intentioneaza sa incheie un acord cadru pe maxim patru ani cu un singur operator economic”.
Intelegerea cu firma selectata poate fi doar pentru un an, deoarece nu se mentioneaza clar ca acest contract va fi incheiat pe patru ani, potrivit prevederilor cuprinse in anuntul de licitatie. Acest fapt ar insemna cheltuieli de aproape 1 milion de euro pe an pentru curatenia sediului Tribunalului Bucuresti.
Firma selectata va mai trebui sa execute servicii de deratizare, dezinsectie, dar si dezapezirea cailor de acces si intretinerea spatiilor exterioare imobilelor si a parcarilor.
In toamna anului trecut, judecatorii din toata tara au blocat, mai bine de o luna, activitatea in salile de judecata, pe motiv ca sistemul Justitiei este subfinantat. Instantele acumulasera mari datorii catre furnizorii de servicii, iar sefii instantelor se plangeau ca nu mai au bani nici macar pentru hartie de xerox sau tonner de imprimanta.
In iunie 2009, instantele din Romania raportau mari datorii catre Posta Romana (10.525.560 lei), barourile avocatilor (onorariile avocatilor din oficiu-6.916.193 lei), furnizorii de bunuri si servicii (3.304.088 lei) si furnizorii de utilitati (2.651.564 lei).
In aceeasi perioada, Tribunalul Bucuresti raporta datorii de peste un milion de euro, fiind amenintat cu executarea pentru neplata furnizorilor de energie electrica, termica, service calculatoare sau intretinere.
Presat de revolta judecatorilor, ministrul Justitiei a fost nevoit sa aloce sume enorme pentru stingerea acestor datorii, fara ca cineva sa fie tras la raspundere pentru management defectuos.
