Elena Udrea monteaza indicatoare turistice cu o firma a PDL

Ministerul condus de Elena Udrea cheltuie 4,337 milioane de lei pentru instalarea de indicatoare turistice. Afacerea a fost data pe mana omului de afaceri Radu Stefan Spirea, un sponsor al PDL.
Site-ul e-licitatie publica astazi firma care a fost desemnata castigatoare a contractului oferit de Ministerul Dezvoltarii si Turismului, SC Vesta Investment SRL pentru “proiectarea si montarea indicatoarelor de informare si orientare in vederea dezvoltarii sistemului informational privind rute culturale, arii protejate pentru 1215 obiective turistice”.
Interesant este faptul ca acum doua saptamani a aparut informatia potrivit careia aceasta firma a incheiat contractul pentru montarea unor indicatoare turistice in sistem 3D( in relief). Ministrul Udrea a fost acuzata ca arunca peste 3 milioane de lei pentru instalarea unor marcaje “de lux”. Insa, dupa numai doua saptamani, ministerul scoate din oferta sistemul 3D, dar montarea indicatoarelor simple costa… mai mult cu peste 1 milion de lei.
Contracte numai cu statul
Firma SC Vesta Investement lucreaza numai cu statul. In 2009 a castigat din banii contribuabilului 9,1 milioane de lei pentru montarea de indicatoare rutiere si stalpi de protectie in Bucuresti. Aceasta societate a fost desemnata castigatoare de catre Administratia Strazilor Bucuresti si Agentia Domeniilor Statului sector 1, participand singura la licitatie! Binenteles, pretul a fost foarte mare, fiind stabilit chiar de catre firma lui Spirea. Tot anul trecut, SC Vesta Investment a castigat doua licitatii la Ploiesti, fiind singura firma care a dorit sa execute in acest municipiu “livrare, montare si intretinere mobilier stradal”. Radu Spirea sustine ca societatea lui este singura firma din tara care este specializata in lucrari de instalare de indicatoare.
Protejata si de guvernarea PNL
Insa, SC Vesta Investment a castigat bani buni si pe vremea guvernarii liberale. In 2008, in asociere cu cu societatile Marcoplans si Euroconstruct Trading SRL au castigat 89 de milioane de lei pentru marcaje rutiere in Capitala. De asemenea, in 2006, societatea lui Spirea a castigat in fata firmei de la Golden Blitz, ( Euroconstruct), contractul pentru realizarea marcajelor pentru pistele biciliclistilor din Bucuresti. O alta afacere castigata de SC Vesta a fost instalarea coridorului unic de transport in Bucuresti pentru summitul NATO organizat in capitala Romaniei. Firma lui Spirea a fost desemnata pentru aceasta lucrare prin negociere directa, nicidecum in urma unei licitatii.
