Guvernul Boc se remaniaza, sase ministere urmand sa-si schimbe titularii. Propunerile pentru functia de ministru sunt: Gheorghe Ialomiteanu (Finante), Valeiu Tabara (Agricultura), Ion Botis (Munca), Anca Boagiu (Transporturi), Valerian Vreme (Comunicatii), Ion Ariton (Economie). Vor parasi Palatul Victoria Sebastian Vladescu, Mihail Dumitru, Mihai Seitan, Gabriel Sandu, Radu Berceanu si Adriean Videanu.
Guvern Boc 5 este format numai din oameni politici, fiind eliminati toti independentii si tehnocratii. Aceasta a fost formula de compromis in PDL, in urma incercarii de lovitura de puci impotriva presedintelui partidului, Emil Boc. Lupii tineri au incercat miercuri seara, in cadrul Delegatiei Permanente, sa forteze demisia intregului Guvern.
Astfel, oamenii apropiati lui Basescu, precum Sever Voinescu, Roberta Anastase, Anca Boagiu, Elena Udrea i-au cerut lui Boc sa-si depuna mandatul. Insa, greii partidului, in frunte cu Vasile Blaga, Radu Berceanu si Adriean Videanu au salvat Guvernul Boc. Lucrurile au luat o alta turnura in urma discutiilor de joi dimineata dintre Emil Boc si Traian Basescu. S-a cazut la o intelegere ca Berceanu si Videanu sa faca un pas inapoi. Asa a reusit Emil Boc sa-si salveze scaunul de premier, in conditiile in care tot mai multi parlamentari PDL ii cereau demisia.
De asemenea, s-a convenit in discutia cu presedintele, dar si la sedinta Colegiului Director de joi seara, ca locurile lasate vacante sa fie ocupate de parlamentari ai partidului. Pe aceasta cale, alesii PDL se simt mai bine reprezentati la nivelul Guvernului si pot avea acces mai usor la resursele bugetare.
Dintre cei numiti, cel mai controversat este noua propunere pentru conducerea ministerului Economiei, senatorul Ion Ariton, lider al PDL Sibiu. Acesta, in calitate de director al Petrom sucursala Sibiu, a adus un prejudiciu societatii de 10 miliarde de lei si a scapat basma curata.
Nici Valeriu Tabara, desemnat pentru ministerul Agriculturii, nu sta prea bine la capitolul imagine. A mai ocupat acest portofoliu pe vremea guvernarii Nicolae Vacaroiu (1992-1996) si s-a opus retrocedarii terenurilor agricole catre fostii proprietari. De asemenea, Tabara, proprietarul a zeci de hectare de teren agricol in judetul Timis a fost acuzat ca produce cereale modificate genetic.
Noul ministru al Finantelor este deputatul PDL de Brasov Gheorghe Ialomiteanu, care s-a remarcat in ultima perioada prin aparitiile sale televizate. Acesta a fost director al Finantelor Brasov si este conferentiar doctor la Unversitatea Transilvania din Brasov. Anca Boagiu (Transporturi) este omul fidel al lui Traian Basescu, ea mai ocupand aceasta functie intre 1999-2000.
