Prima fabrica de sarmale din Romania a fost inaugurata vineri, la Gheorgheni, judetul Harghita, produsele urmand sa ajunga pe piata saptamana viitoare. Initiativa ii apartine omului de afaceri Bajko Laszlo, care a investit 130.000 de euro in construirea fabricii.
Harghiteanul a transformat complet o constructie veche din oras si a utilat spatiul de productie cu cele mai noi echipamente. Fabrica are acum sase muncitoare, dar urmeaza sa mai angajeze inca opt persoane.
Sarmalele sunt pregatite in varza murata dupa o reteta secuiasca, apoi se fierb, sunt ambalate in mai multe moduri, dupa care sunt congelate si sunt gata pentru piata.
Omul de afaceri a dezvaluit ca ideea i-a venit cand si-a dat seama ca femeile sunt tot mai ocupate, iar prepararea sarmalelor necesita foarte mult timp.
‘Cine vrea sa pregateasca sarmale trebuie sa se gandeasca din toamna, cand trebuie pusa varza la murat. Apoi, tot procesul de pregatire necesita destul de mult timp’, a spus Bajko Laszlo. Pretul orientativ, la iesirea pe poarta fabricii, va fi de aproximativ 11,5-12,5 lei, pentru o caserola cu 8-9 sarmale.
