Agentia Nationala de Administrare Fiscala (ANAF) a inceput miercuri inspectii fiscale inopinate la companiile petroliere, actiuni care vizeaza in principal modul de formare a preturilor, profitului impozabil si inregistrarea cheltuielilor in contabilitate, a anuntat presedintele ANAF, Sorin Blejnar.
“Sunt niste inspectii fiscale inopinate, pe anumite obiective, care vizeaza in principal modul de formare a preturilor, profitul impozabil si modul in care sunt inregistrate anumite cheltuieli in contabilitate”, a spus Blejnar.
El a aratat ca, daca in urma acestor controale se vor constata nereguli, cum ar fi “mutari” de pe o firma afiliata pe o alta firma afiliata, Fiscul va declansa inspectie fiscala generala la compania respectiva.
“Deocamdata nu am niste elemente foarte clare. Abia in cursul acestei dupa-amiezi i-am chemat pe colegii din control sa-mi prezinte un raport al principalelor constatari”, a mai spus seful ANAF.
Sorin Blejnar nu a precizat ce masuri ar putea fi luate in urma verificarilor, dar a amintit ca anul trecut, dupa finalizarea controlului la o anumita companie petroliera, autoritatea a impus acesteia plata unei sume de 55 milioane de euro.
Controalele ANAF vin dupa ce tot mai multi romani au ales sa blocheze benzinariile in semn de protest fata de cresterea exagerata a pretului carburantilor.
De cealalta parte, companiilor petroliere sustin ca preturile la pompa sunt influentate in principal de evolutia cotatiilor internationale ale petrolului si de evolutia cursului leu/dolar. Principalele companii care distribuie carburanti in Romania sunt OMV Petrom (SNP), Rompetrol, LukOil, MOL si OMV.
