Medicul chirurg Mircea Tusciuc de la Spitalul Judetean din Slatina, care a operat un copil de noua ani adus la spital cu o fractura de brat si care a murit la patru zile de la internare, a obtinut in instanta desfiintarea deciziei prin care i-a fost desfacut contractul de munca. vezi Gandul
