Precizari de la Secretariatul General al Guvernului

Secretarul General al Guvernului, Daniela Andreescu a tinut sa faca unele precizari legate de articolul “La famiglia SGG” publicat in ziarul nostru pe data de 14 februarie. Astfel, Andreescu sustine ca “in articolul mentionat sunt interpretate in mod eronat date si informatii din declaratiile de avere si interese si sunt formulate o serie de speculatii care nu reflecta realitatea”.
“Speculatiile din articol ca posturile detinute anii anteriori de rudele mele ar fi fost rezultatul functiei pe care o ocup, nu sunt adevarate pentru ca niciunul dintre respectivele locuri de munca nu erau in subordinea mea”, mai spune oficialul SGG.
De asemenea, Andreescu subliniaza ca “remuneratiile cuvenite ca urmare a participarii in comitetul de la Eximbank si consiliul de la AVAS figureaza ca venituri in declaratia de avere, desi la finele lunii iunie 2010 au fost donate cu acordul meu reprezentantilor statului pentru a da dovada de solidaritate sociale”.
Din pacate, secretarul general al Guvernului nu a precizat in declaratia de avere ca a donat aceste sume, asa cum au facut multi demnitari ai Cabinetului Boc. “Potrivit procedurilor legale nu exista o interdictie de participare la o procedura de achizitie publica a unor rude de gradul 1 a unui demnitar, care este administrator/asociat in cadrul unei firme private. Contractul mentionat in articol este atribuit prin achizitie publica, in conditiile legii, iar beneficiarul este Senatul Romaniei, institutie care nu este in subordinea mea”, mai spune Andreescu.
Alte precizari: “Nu am fost niciodata actionar sau administrator la firma mentionata (n.r. in articol nu se sustine acest lucru). Fiica mea a devenit asociat la aceasta firma la patru luni (8 iulie 2007) de cand nu mai eram secretar de stat la Ministerul Muncii. De asemenea, nu aveam cum sa “pun pe picioare” afacerea respectiva, dat fiind ca la data de 12 septembrie 2007 societatea in cauza a solicitat, printr-o cerere de mentiune depusa la ONRC, introducerea in obiectul ei de activitate a codului CAEN 7450”.
Daniela Andreescu mai spune ca “informatiile preluate din presa de autor cum ca as fi fost partener de afaceri cu Dorin Cocos, sotul Elenei Udrea, sunt eronate”.
