Seful Autoritatii Nationale a Vamilor, Radu Traian Marginean, este audiat, miercuri, de procurorii DNA Bihor, intr-un dosar in care este acuzat ca cerut 130.000 de euro mita de la Nicoleta Dobrescu, pentru a o instala in functie un sef la Biroul Vamal Halmeu.
Potrivit DNA, banii nu au fost dati direct sefului ANV, ci omului de afaceri Liviu Florian. Acesta i-a promis femeii ca va interveni pe langa Radu Margineanu, petru a o numi la Vama Hamleu.
Pentru a strange acesti bani, Nicoleta Dobrescu a apelat la camatari sau persoane care se ocupau cu traficul de tigari.
In primavara anului 2010, dupa incetarea delegarii sale pe functia de sef de birou vamal, Nicoletei Dobrescu i s-a cerut 300.000 euro pentru o noua delegare pentru aceeasi functie.
La propunerea procurorilor DNA, judecatorii au emis mandate de arestare de 29 de zile pe numele oamenilor de afaceri clujeni Liviu Florian si Savu Ion, alaturi de saatmareanul Romeo Ioan Nitu, fost angajat al unui magazin duty-free din Halmeu.
