Fiscul va verifica 12 persoane cu conturi de 50-60 mil. euro in Elvetia

Presedintele ANAF, Sorin Blejnar, a declarat, duminica, ca un numar de 12 persoane, care au conturi in Elvetia in valoare totala de 50-60 milioane de euro, vor fi veridicate de Fisc.
Blejnar sustine ca autoritatile fiscale din Elvetia au transmis ANAF circa 80.000 de informari cu privire la persoane fizice romane care au realizat depozite in aceasta tara in perioada 2007-2010.
Seful Fiscului a aratat, la emisiunea “Dupa 20 de ani”, difuzata duminica la Pro TV, ca , in cazul in n care se vor constata infractiuni, vor fi sesizate organele de urmarire penala.
Actiunea face parte din initiativa ANAF de a impozita cu 16% acele venituri ale persoanelor fizice bogate a caror provenienta nu poate fi demonstrata.
Seful ANAF a adaugat ca in cursul anului 2010 o Directie din cadrul aparatului central al ANAF a pus in aplicare o directiva europeana care da dreptul institutiei sa acceseze si sa faca schimb de informatii cu celelalte state membre din Uniunea Europeana, inclusiv cu Elvetia.
“De data recenta am primit de la elvetieni o lista cu mai multe persoane care au realizat dobanzi pe conturile din Elvetia. Am facut asa o selectie. Am 12 persoane unde eu estimez ca au venituri de vreo 50-60 milioane de euro in Elvetia, pentru care primesc dobanzi, in Elvetia. Au cont in Elvetia. Nu stim daca l-au declarat sau nu l-au declarat. Nu stiu daca au declarat veniturile din dobanzi incasate din Elvetia la Fiscul din Romania”, a spus Blejnar.
