Asistenta de la Maternitatea Giulesti ramane in arest

Magistratii Tribunalului Bucuresti nu au fost de acord cu eliberarea sub control judiciar a asistentei Florentina Cirstea de la Maternitatea Giulesti, aflata in arest din 24 august. Instanta a admis recursul procurorilor si a anulat decizia de luni a Judecatoriei Sectorului 6, prin care asistenta fusese eliberata.
Florentina Cirstea are dreptul sa faca o noua cerere de eliberare peste o luna sau sa iasa pe cautiune.
In cazul tragediei de la Maternitatea Giulesti a fost retinut initial de procurori si seful Serviciului tehnic al Spitalului Clinic de Obstetrica si Ginecologie “Prof. dr. Panait Sarbu”, Vasile Dima, insa el nu a fost arestat preventiv.
De asemenea, Parchetul a dispus inceperea urmaririi penale impotriva Maternitatii Giulesti pentru ucidere din culpa si vatamare grava din culpa, avand indicii privind incalcarea normelor de sanatate si securitate in munca, a normelor privind montarea si verificarea instalatiilor electrice, a reglementarilor cu privire la gestionarea resurselor umane existente si a reglementarilor de luare a unor masuri de prevenire a incendiilor.
In urma incendiului de la Maternitatea Giulesti, izbucnit pe 16 august, au murit sase bebelusi, iar cinci au fost raniti.
