USL solicita o singura intrebare pentru referendum

Preşedintele PSD, Victor Ponta, a declarat joi că USL va solicita Consiliului General al Muncipiului Bucureşti să emită o nouă hotărâre privind organizarea referendumului, în care să fie stabilită o singură întrebare, care, de această dată, să fie una clară şi aplicabilă.
“Acest referendum nu poate să aibă loc. Conform legii referendumului întrebarea adresată publicului trebuie să fie clară şi trebuie să ducă la posibilitatea de a orienta într-o direcţie sau alta. Cele şapte întrebări – scrise probabil de d-nul Tălmăcean – sunt întrebări de tip Caragiale, nu au absolut niciun sens de a putea să îndrepte şi să stabilească o voinţă a electoratului.
Cred că este o sfidare şi o bătaie de joc la adresa populaţiei Bucureştiului, iar decizia noastră din punct de vedere juridic este de a da o nouă hotărâre a Consiliului General, în aşa fel încât să avem o întrebare clară. Întrebarea, şi din punct de vedere juridic, trebuie să sune: Doriţi desfiinţarea sectoarelor Bucureştiului, şi existenţa unei singure primării, sau vreţi să încercăm să administrăm Bucureştiul sub forma sectoarelor?”, a explicat Ponta.
